JAMIE HOLLERAN

As partner and Executive Producer at Skinny Tie Media, Jamie brings together and manages all the pieces needed to take a project from conception to delivery – all the while, keeping the client engaged, informed, and enthusiastic about their project. His experience is truly built from the ground up – starting as a tape librarian at a Pittsburgh-based production company and moving up to Executive Producer and manager of a video department at a higher education agency. He’s had experiences with internal agency creatives, external freelance production teams, and a myriad of corporate, non-profit and higher education clients that have taken him not only all around the domestic United States, but earning his wings working in the likes of Malaysia, Singapore, Nova Scotia, Turkey, and more. All of this experience gives Jamie the understanding of how Skinny Tie can position, plug-in and partner with clients to create communications that help them move the needle. As a business owner, Jamie is enjoying the responsibilities of Chief Instagram Officer and Client-Entertainment Event Manager.

NATHAN WADDING

As partner and Executive Video Strategist at Skinny Tie Media, Nathan truly blends thought, execution, and unbridled enthusiasm to everything he touches. He started in the video production industry in very technical roles early on at Waynesburg University and the Pittsburgh Penguins. But, he learned how to marry his technical expertise with creative strategy by coming up through the ranks to be the Director of Post Production and Senior Editor at a Pittsburgh-based production agency. His desire and intentions to fully understand what clients ask for will even sometimes cause them to take pause and evaluate what they need – truly making him a partnering strategist for any organization. And, his enjoyment in keeping abreast of innovative solutions and digital content platforms consistently benefit clients, as they are sure to get what is likely the best solution for their needs. As a business owner, Nathan is enjoying his quest to become a QuickBooks black belt and creating his own schedule to accommodate finding the latest craft beer selections.
